Life and Changes....

Oh my Gu! The past few days have been like a whirlwind of activities and I must admit that I am taken aback by the changes in the lives of my friends. These made me think not just of my own life but what direction I have to take. Another hayyy.... it's not easy facing the fact that your friends are now scattered and will be scattered in the different parts of the globe.

I have attended another Christening of my inaanak, that's a third I think this year. Gosh! I must be getting old. It seems like yesterday when their parents are just in the courtship process!!! and now there's this bundle of joy who will call me Ninang! :) I like christenings and babies, weddings. It makes me think of my own mortality. That there's more to life than work, work and more work. Besides, at the end of one's lifetime, it's not the position, the achievements but a grave that should be filled with friends, family and the people whose lives you've been part of one way or another....

Gosh... this is hard.... but I think this is what's life about...
