Quotes galore

"At this moment there are 6,470,818,671 people in the world.
Some are running scared.
Some are coming home.
Some tell lies to make it through the day.
Others are just not facing the truth.
Some are evil men at war with good.
And some are good struggling with evil.
Six billion people in the world.
Six billion souls and sometimes...
All you need is ONE. "

- One Tree Hill

"Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it oepns up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up. You build up all these defenses, you build up a whole suit of armor, so that nothing can hurt you, then one stupid person, no different from any other stupid person, wanders into your stupid life...You give them a piece of you. They didn't ask for it. They did something dumb one day, like kiss you or smile at you, and then your life isn't your own anymore. Love takes hostages. It gets inside you. It e…
"I need some inspiration! "

"Work banishes those three great evils: boredom, vice and poverty."

"Do a little more each day than you think you possibly can."

"Romance is an attitude, a set of habits, a way of encountering the world.
You are romantic when you are willing to invest time and energy into making your experiences more vivid and memorable."

"Be yourself; no base imitator of another, but your best self.
There is something which you can do better than another.
Listen to the inward voice and bravely obey that.
Do the things at which you are great, not what you were never made for."

"I don't divide the world into the weak and the strong, or the successes and the failures,
those who make it or those who don't. I divide the world into learners and non-learners."

"The man who never avoids what he actually is will soon change and elevate whatever he is. "

"No gift is complete until it is passed on."
In the whirl of the madness... a logical break...

My Richard gives me comfort.. and of course.. the Black Eyed Peas to set the right mood... hahaha ;)

What to do when on night shift and trying to keep awake?
1. Stare at Richard's picture until it moves....
2. Decipher the hidden meaning behind the song "Somebody"....
3. Walk around the building and stare at the cute call center people!
4. Talk to the guard, to the manang and hope that they are not ghostly apparitions...
5. When all else fail, close your eyes, hang your head and given in to a snooozzzeee..
Random thoughts galore...

I will be working on night shift next week and I am little bit excited. This is my first time to work on this shift and personally, I know that my biological clock is more attuned to the moon and the stars. It brings out the romantic in me.

At night, it's peaceful and quiet and there's this feeling that you are living on the other side of the universe because while the rest of the people in you own time zone are asleep, you are part of the crowd that is against the norm. My deviant personality coming out.

I really want to go against the grain everytime, when everyone is on the left side of the road I am at the right side. I want to be unpredictable. I do things because they feel right and not out of obligation or anything. This is not obvious to some people who know me, but sometimes in a conversation, I go to the other side or perspective to have a debate or argument just for fun. This is my view because everyone is against it. Hahahaha... AMEN!
My guilty pleasures...

- Ube Ice Cream Craze (Jollibee) - surprisingly delicious, Ube + Cheese + Ice Cream = Yummy!

- D' Lucky Ones (Star Cinema) - Pokwang + (forgot the name of the other mother) + Sandara Park + (her latest partner) + Nikki Valdez (love this girl, lucky charm of Got to Believe (my all time favorite Filipino romantic movie)) = Laughter from Beginning to End...

- Time Zone - It's an arcade, it's fun... and we've already collected 8,000 pesoses worth of credit. Gosh, what if we saved all that money in a bank... naahhh... money can't buy happiness...

- Heaven 'n Eggs - Yummy Eggs.... hihihih... Eggs can really give you a taste of heaven... hehehe... Amen!
'Tis the feast day of Judas

It's been almost 2000 years (if the Julian calendar can be trusted), since that infamous traitor's kiss - the kiss that marked the beginning of the Christian religion that changed the world as they knew it back then.

Without Judas, there can never be Christianity. Well, just a thought, he might have been one of the closest apostle and Jesus himself, entrusted to him the supreme mission of being the traitor that history will forever mark and remember. He must have loved the Christ that much.

There's this Gospel according to Judas that's circulating. Frankly, I am not that curious because there might have been a thousand would-have-been gospels that were not chosen by the group commissioned by Constantine to comprise the New testament... what's another one? This is good timing I guess, just in time for the showing of the Da Vinci Code the movie.

For me, I really liked Judas, Mary Magdalene and Paul of Tarsus. Of …

Good Morning Cubie...

Gosh, I am here at the office for 24+ hours. I don't mind really.. what I am really anxious about is the rest of the guys finding me in the same set of clothes. hahahaha...

Fighting drowsiness so I blog...

It's April! Gosh, how time flies when you're having fun in the sun. I just wish that I could turn back time and relive moments...
"Alcohol heaven and Meltdown"

What was this week like? As life often goes, it's full of sameness as well as changes but all in all, not so bad.

Sill contemplating if I am sane enough to run the 25 K, well, you only live once and this is the peak of my kneecaps so...I say... GO!

One of my office buddies asked me why I would like to run the 25K, I told her. "I think men who will run the 25K are more athletic and by laws of inference, cuter. So, even if I bust a knee cap or tendon, who knows, my Prince Hunkiness might come to my rescue! hahaha.. crazy reason.... I know!

Ice Age 2 was so funny. Slapstick comedy but hey, it worked! I was not able to watch "Moments of Love" and go ogling at Dingdong Dantes' arms, but what the heck, I'll just catch Encantadia and look at Haring Ibrahim as long as I like. AMEN!

Gosh, I was at awe at the computer generated fur and water. I can almost feel…
