There seems to be a host of things both seen an unseen that are at work in our lives. Right at this moment, we could feel that there are much bigger things happening in this world that our petty angst and anger with how our lives our going. There are quite a number of disappointments that abound in our lives. We could see that the world is not fair, people you like would not like you back. There seems to be an unhappiness that abound in our lives because we think that there is something better, that the grass is greener on the other side of the fence.

Right now, let us pray for our fellow human being, Angelo. May the Force guide us all to look past beyond religion and just accept people for what they believe in. Godspeed!

Turned 40... Now what?

September 28, 2018 - I officially turned 40.  I guess I just want to write something about this event in my life so I could look back on what were my thoughts and probably when I turn 50 (or older), laugh at my silliness. 


Leading up to this day, I was quite excited. Months before, I would try to plan how I am going to celebrate this day with friends. It's a milestone age. I should be thankful that I reached this age in good health, and with my sanity intact. But then, as the days draw nearer I felt a crippling sadness. I tried to google my way to find some answers on why I felt this sudden rush of panic and anxiety as the reality of turning 40 was dawning on me.  And I found out that I was not alone.

Originally uploaded by amazonangbading. Last Saturday, I woke up earlier than usual for a weekend morning. Texted Dahon and Coultrophobic Clown, my head filled with excitement because I am going to have my own... I-PUD!!!

Dahon and I went store to store in search of the Holy Grail --- I-pod (green for her, blue for me... and with a SOCK!).

First Store --- No more blue or green 4 Gig I-pods, and No socks....

Second Store --- Yehey, there is a green 4 Gig Ipod, there's a blue one as well... and with socks! But alas, Citibank Credit card not accepted. grrr... (sayang, cute pa naman the guy who assisted us.. oh well)..

Third Store --- Boring Store, All of the above as Second Store (but the guy wasn't cute... hihihi)

Fourth Store --- There's a 4 Gig Green I-pod, no blue one.. Oh well, I can take any color... as long as it's not PINK! But the blasted manager was very mataray, and we (both Librans) felt her unkindness... and for what? I-Pod so…
